Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and tags. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be mailed to our processing facility. The full return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot accept unauthorised returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (e.g. opened hygiene or beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked “Final Sale”

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your item within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided it is in its original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
