Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for dispatch after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the warehouse dispatch point. Standard shipping generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch. Some rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your postcode and product availability.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders. There are no hidden handling or delivery charges added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Express delivery or special handling services may incur additional charges, which will be quoted separately upon request.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Australia only. If you are located in a remote area, additional delivery time may apply. We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain large or high-value equipment.
